DesignDollar’s unlimited services are ultra-powerful, but there are certain creative projects that should be left to specialists or in-house teams. In the interest of productivity and commitment to quality, we do NOT support the following types of requests:
Extremely complex or fine art or custom illustrations
Fillable or interactive PDF documents
Complex photo manipulation
Digital painting and game assets
3D/CAD projects
Programming, coding, or development
HTML, CSS, UI/UX design
File formats outside of our supported file types
Trademarked names, brands, or quotes
Content writing or copy writing or manual typing (typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.)
Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that is against DesignDollar’s core values will not be serviced.
What are the details of the 7-Day Free Trial?
To begin your 7-Day Free Trial with DesignDollar, you will be required to provide your credit card information upon sign-up. This ensures a seamless transition to our full services should you decide to continue after the trial period. Here are the key points to note:
Credit Card Requirement: Your credit card will not be charged at the start of the trial. The billing will commence only after the 7-day trial period ends.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged, you must send an email to support@designdollar.com to cancel your subscription by the 5th day of the trial period. Failure to do so will result in your card being charged for the subscription fee after the 7 days, as we operate a strict no refund policy.
Trial Period Termination: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 7-day trial, your service will cease on the 7th day. This includes any pending tickets submitted during the trial period. We are not obligated to work on revisions or complete projects once the trial expires and your account is canceled.
Account Deactivation: If your credit card is declined when attempting to process the subscription fee after the 7-day trial, your account will be automatically deactivated, and no further work will be completed on any pending tickets.
Please note, we only work on tickets for active clients. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest level of service for all our subscribers. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help.
